How much was the medical bill when you had your baby?
Most insurance companies still have you pay for a portion out of pocket. When I was living at home with my parents and went to the emergency room, even though my parents had what was considered “amazing” medical coverage I still got a bill for $1,300.
So what was the bill for when you had your baby? I’m talking about the actual birth, NOT doctors visits or ultrasounds etc.
Please also include in your answer, if you had the baby at home or in the hospital, if you used a midwife or a doctor, and if you had a c-section or vaginal birth.
I think you all neeed to come to canada! We have free health care! For everything. It never costs anything for doctors or anything. The only thing I had to pay for in the hospital was a private room of 110 a night. But there are other rooms that are shared for free
