Billing Companies
Is there a listing of companies anywhere showing who uses English speaking, american billing and tech support?
I’m sick of buying a product or service to find out that, at the first need for tech or billing support, I am stuck with someone in India (or other foreign country) who can barely understand me and speaks very poor english. I don’t have a problem with the outsourcing of support services itself, but would love to know what companies out there I can look toward for new products who have support that I can effectively deal with.
This sounds like a great idea. If nothing exists now I would hope that it does in the future. I would definately use this as criteria on deciding between two brands during purchases.
