Working as a Patient Access Representative at Mount Sinai?

Okay well I have a diploma in Medical Billing And Coding, & I can’t apply as a coder at Mount Sinai because I don’t meet the requirements. So I applied for Patient Access Representative. Has anyone before or now is working in this area? If so Please give me some advice or fill me in on how easy or hard it is. I would really appreciate it. Thank You !
